REVIEW
As with most of
Claudy Conn’s regency books we get a big ole barrel of laughs, strong females
and tons of passion.
In this story we
have Jewelene and Ryker.
Jewelene has to
find a way to save the family and in doing so she becomes a card dealer by the
name of Babette ..
Ryker is wealthy
man but he has not let that be known and has basically traded places with his
cousin.
Things will not
come easy however as there are a few who wish to take her down. And so we have
mystery and intrigue also.
Oh and I will not
forget passion. The passion and fireworks that go off between Jewel and Ryker
is RED HOT !!!!
