REVIEW
In this book we have Jason MacInley a guy from a small town in Orgeon who now resides in a big ole city in New York . He left behind his Fiance Lindy because she just felt he would come back to Oregon basically as a failure. One evening while running he came upon someone attempting to jump from a bridge. He thought at first it was a guy but soon realizes its a woman. He finally manages to talk her down and he being the true stand up guy offers her a place to stay out of the cold. Jason takes her to his apartment and tells her to go take a hot bath to warm up. He notices however she has cut the palm of her hand and is bleeding. He goes to get the first aid kit to patch it up the whole time not glancing at this woman naked in the tub. She tells him her name is Rachael Shears. Lindy and his family thinks he is nuts for taking in this woman whom he doesn’t know and keeps telling him she will steal everything he owns which isn’t much . But Jason sees something more. As things go along Rachael gets a job and takes Jason out on the town. He is so enthralled by her and eventually that night leads to their first kiss. Jason knows he has to end things with Lindy and that’s just what he does the very next morning. Rachael has rocked his world. But little does he know he has truly rocked Rachaels world. She has never known a man like Jason. They have become really good friends and now lovers. Where will this lead? Will she ever open up enough to tell Jason about her past?
This book takes total strangers into friendship and much more!
This was a really good book. A first time read for me by this author.
