Laura Kaye is a
new to me author.
In this book we
have Becca who is a nurse. She has only
her brother Charlie left in her family and now he has gone missing. One clue leads her to a tattoo parlor and the
likes of Nick.
Nick is damaged
goods for the most part ex-special forces who endured a large loss at the hands
of Becca’s father. Although Nick has no clue how to let her know.
This blossom
between Nick and Becca in a slow way and I for one like that in a story.
Can Nick and his
band of ex-special forces team help Becca to rescue her brother?
Can Nick finally
be honest with Becca about her father and how he knows him?
Will they find
their way to each other?
