Someone is killing
off Fae and Mercy is dragged into the mystery by her mentor and former boss
Zee. Mercy goes to the Fae homestead to hunt with her nose for the murderer and
of course it helps that she can see and talk to ghost. Mercy will need all the help
she can get with this one and things do get nasty and heart wrenching for her.
On top of finding a murderer, she has to choose between Samuel and Adam because
the tension between these two dominate males is causing all kinds of issues for
everyone around them. This is another great read in the stories of Mercy
Thompson and all the suspense that surrounds her on a daily basis it seems. And
we get a cliffhanger.
