This book picks up
right where book 1 left us. Bella is still grieving the death of her father.
She wanted love in a marriage / relationship but her father wished for her to
go with Jax. Jax has taken over and is trying to replace everyone and
everything that Bella has known. But he does have her best interests at heart
although he isn't sharing that with Bella. Jax I think does love Bella but he
is keeping himself at a distance for reasons well you need to read the book to
know that answer.
Bella is one spit
fire of a woman she is not weak by any means and she will keep Jax pulling his
hair out while trying to protect her.
Jax is getting so
much more than the FAMILY. This book was one heck of a roller coaster ride. We
get action, suspense and heartache. And oh no another cliffhanger.
I was gifted a
copy of this book for an honest review.
