REVIEW
I read each of these books separately and I am now adding the reviews to this box set.
Very enjoyable shifter series.
A New Beginning
I find I really enjoy these bear shifter books and this author always gives a well-written story.
This is book four in this series.
Matt was kidnapped when he was 7 years old and his brother Jamie has been looking for him for many years. Matt has no idea about things that would have started happening to him when he turned a certain age all he knows is he becomes a bear and he is not sure why.
The woman who kidnapped Matt has now passed away and left him the home he has grownup in. He tends to stay to himself but all that changes once a beautiful woman moves in next door to him. Her name is Leah and she is starting an online business but becomes obsessed with her sexy, gorgeous neighbor.
One night something happens at Leah's home and Matt who is a recluse must make a decision, which will change things between him and Leah.
This is a short and sexy read. I would recommend starting with book one in this series.
A Painful Dilemma
We met Henry in the previous book. He works for the Alliance, which is run by Adrian Blacke. Henry is having some issues however doing things that he has been handed. He does not want to bring Matt in just because he is in love with a human. What is so wrong with inter-species being mated?
After a talk with his mother, he changes the entire path he once set out for himself.
Maggie is his live in love and things although not perfect they have managed. But something just is not right. Maggie is not on his side in his mission to change things. Why?
Henry meets Gail and all things he thought were right no longer feel that way.
However, Henry is a loyal man so where does this new finding leave him?
What path will Henry choose?
Well grab your copy and get reading. I highly suggest you begin with the first book in this series.
There were some grammar issues in this book but none that took away from the story.
A Second Chance
This book picks up where we were left in book 5. The shifters have come out and they are battling now yet again against The Alliance who Blacke runs. And The New Alliance is fighting back. It's all hands on deck for this one.
James has a surprise encounter with someone from his past and he wants her more than ever. Will she have him? Can she be the help they all need? Charlie could never understand why James just up and moved one day after they had spent so much time together and were best friends.
Can she forgive him?
I enjoyed this one as I have the previous books in this series. I would suggest you start with book one.
