1. Where do you write from?
I have two places. Through the week, I sit on my sofa. I have my own Homer groove. At weekends, I write from my bed. To be honest, I would love to write from my bed every day of the week, it’s more comfortable.
2. When did you first realize you wanted to be a writer?
I remember writing when I was younger. I used to hide my stories as I wrote about sex in them. My mum was religious and I had two nosey brothers who would have taken the mick out of me if they had found them. I ended up ripping the paper I wrote on into small pieces and flushing it down the toilet. Life took over and it wasn’t until later in life that I started again.
