Rio doesn't know exactly what she is but she knows she is different.
She does know however there is a family curse that will follow her and perhaps end her if she doesn't do something about it.
She is off to the prestigious Westwood Academy where she is roomed up with a few others who also are like her but not. They each hold an element. And they each need to learn to control themselves can they help each other or hurt each other?
Rio falls hard for a shifter who is unlike many others and that in itself is a no-no but hey changes can happen right?
This story introduces us to 4 young women who find their strengths and themselves.
This was an amazing first story in a new series and I can't wait for more!
