A perfect story for Valentine's.
Valentine is a sassy thing, but that doesn't mean she is blind to the broody contractor outside her window. But the noise they are making is making her even more cranky.
Off to confront the man, and did she say, Hot Contractor? oh yeah… Arthur could be any woman's dream but he is off limits to her or is he?
Arthur has seen her, the woman of his dreams so when she is in trouble of course he will be there. He will be her hero if she lets him.
