This book is set
back in Abellard Parish, Louisiana back in 1925
As a father
Vincent Abellard who wants more for his son Louis Abellard.
But the son has
his own ideas on what he wants.
In my opinion
Vincent is a monster and now has a son who is worse.
And the son
continues on his thoughts to his son but his son wants no parts of the evil
that is Louis Abellard.
I would say it's
well written.
The story line
flows
It is not for the
weak at heart as it deals with severe abuse of anyone who is not white. I had a
hard time finishing the book due to the nature of the story.
The book deals
with the KKK in deep detail as Louis falls in with them.
I was gifted a
copy of this book for an honest review.
