I have really enjoyed other books by this author so I seen this new series and said yep gotta read it. I love Mythology, and this being about Hades and Persephone wow even better.
Some retellings, are hard to figure out, or get into but this story doesn't have those issues.
Persephone is reborn, to farmers, and she herself is an archaeologist. All her life she has heard someone in her head. Her parents, teachers, doctors all chalked it up to her imagination.. really?
This is the first book in this series, it has a cliffhanger, and the story is slowly building so I suggest grabbing the next one.
I read this book via Kindle Unlimited and I am voluntarily leaving my honest review of this book
