In this 2^nd installment we have White Witch Taryn Mayberry who is good friends with Haley and Jilly. She is not as powerful as her friends but all of that is going to change for her.  One night after leaving a party of sorts at the beach she is attacked from behind and hit in the head. She wakes to a pair of sexy eyes belonging to a very sexy man asking if she is ok. She figures out that sexy man is Nick Hamilton a firefighter. Oh she so does not want anything to do with Firefighters or Inspectors.

Many things transpire in this book. Taryn had been accused of a fire in her home 10 years prior by Nick’s father. She did not do the crime but no one believed her. Now things are happening all over again such as her best friend haleys home is caught on fire along with another cabin and people are being poisoned at the café she works at.  After the fall Taryn starts having visions and dreams of things that will lead her to perhaps finding her mothers killer and the person responsible for the recent events.

Things go from sexy to OH so hot between Taryn and Nick ..

Can Nick help her find out who murdered her mom?

Can he save her from whoever is trying to destroy and kill her?
