This is the second
book in the Legacy Series and I must say I truly enjoyed it. It picks up where
book one left us. Quin and Lexi are still a couple although they go through
many bumps in the road in this one. Quins dad has been arrested and for what
else? Murder of his current wife. Quin is doing everything he can to get his
father freed. Lexi however is in a battle for her life against the evil
Augustus. There is a new drug of choice now and Augustus seems to think Lexi
knows the formula or where it is. Quin knows about the prophecy but he never
told Lexi so now what will she do? Lies have been told to her so she is at odds
on who to believe anymore.
Can this couple
get through all that is thrown at them?
Fantastic
futuristic story and the plot just thickens for these two courageous young
people. I truly enjoyed this book in the Legacy Series although it does leave
us with a cliffhanger.
